A focused way to process what still hurts

Your past can remain part of your story without controlling your present.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a structured psychotherapy approach. It helps the brain process distressing memories and reduce their emotional intensity — without requiring you to describe every detail repeatedly.

EMDR ONLINE

How online EMDR works

Therapy is adapted to your history, goals and current capacity. We do not begin memory processing until you have enough safety and stability.

01

Consultation & assessment

We discuss what brings you to therapy, your history and whether online EMDR is suitable for you.

02

Preparation & resources

You learn grounding, emotional regulation and bilateral stimulation techniques for online sessions.

03

Memory processing

We work with selected memories, present triggers and negative beliefs at a manageable pace.

04

Integration & future

We consolidate changes and rehearse healthier responses to situations ahead.

Common questions

Is online EMDR effective?+

Research supports remotely delivered psychological therapy, and EMDR can be adapted for secure video sessions. Suitability is assessed individually.

Do I need to talk about everything in detail?+

No. EMDR requires enough information to identify a target, but you do not need to recount every detail aloud.

How many sessions will I need?+

It varies. A single-event trauma may require fewer sessions; complex or repeated trauma usually needs a longer preparation and treatment plan.

Is EMDR suitable for everyone?+

Not always. We first assess current safety, stability, medical factors and the level of support available to you.

Can I choose English or Russian?+

Yes. Sessions are available in either language, and you may use both if that helps you express your experience more precisely.

You do not have to keep carrying it alone.
